Redirect to specific spot on page

Is it possible to use this plugin to redirect users to a specific spot on the page?
I was trying to redirect one page (https://www.lovecraftvideogames.com/list-of-lovecraftian-games/) to a specific spot on the home page (https://www.lovecraftvideogames.com/#list), but if I enter it like that, it says the target URL is invalid.
