Redirect to specific page based upon code

Hey,

First time I’ve posted on here so apologies if I’ve done something wrong.

I have an online resume site that I am making for myself and need the functionality of redirecting to a specific page based on a code that a user enters into a popup.

Probably a better way to explain it is say someone takes a photo of you, you go on their site and then are asked for a code, then when you enter it in you are redirected to the photo of you.

Is anyone aware of a plugin that does this (really don’t want to have to set up individual users with usernames and passwords and go through that process), or code that I can implement in order to make this work?

As a newbie to PHP and the like (I’m proficient in Java) if anyone has any suggestions via code, please explain HOW I can implement them as well if you don’t mind ??
