• Hello,

I always point out and congratulate this plugin.

On the issue of “redirection to same page”, from which I see other people also looking for solutions. The system works fine, however, not as we would have liked.

For example, if you are in “post” and click on login, you will access the “login” page (site.com/login). And, after login, it will update this same page (the “login” page). But what we would really like is that after the authentication the user was taken to the same page where he clicked to login and not the same page that he used to login (in this example, the same page would be “post”).

Is it possible to accomplish this without having to create a custom URL for the button? Because, every moment the user will be on a different page.

Thank you and I wish success always !!!

    Hi @bazzarello,

Can you please provide a screenshot of the Login Form settings in UM > Forms > Edit login form so we can further check?

    Thanks.

    Hi @bazzarello,

Thanks for providing screenshots. Can you please try the default registration form without conditional logic fields and see if the issue will still occur?

    Thanks.

    Hi @ultimatemembersupport,

I thank you for the return.

Yes, the problem continues. Actually I have been using it for over 1 year in the main domain (www.autocustom.com.br) and through there the registration and login form are the Ultimate Member defaults. In beta (autocustom.com.br/novotestebeta) I also tried the default form and the problem occurs.

Remembering that I’m using the WordPress navigation (appearance > menus) and adding the login page. So by clicking on the menu button, we are directed to the login page, but without the addition of the redirect to go back to the previous page.

That is, by clicking “login” we are directed to the “/login” page, but it would be cool something like this: “/login/?redirect_to=samepage”.

    Hi @bazzarello,

May we please suggest that you roll back to the more stable UM version on your site at this time while we further check?

Additionally, you can also try looking into customizing the plugin to achieve “/login/?redirect_to=samepage” as we do not have this functionality at the moment.

    Thanks.

    Hi @ultimatemembersupport

I express myself wrong, forgive me! This is not really a error. The plugin is working perfectly. However, without this functionality. I hope you can add this option in the future, it would be great!

I do not have deep code knowledge. If you know some tutorial post here for us, please.

Thanks again! And congratulations to the plugin.
