    Hi @fayedbleh13

I hope you are doing well today.

Could you share with us more details about your main goal? Do you want to redirect the user to the previous form page if verification passes or fails?

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

    Thanks for the reply,

yes, i’m trying to achieve that process where the user redirects back to the previous page after a successful email verification. as currently, what i see in your options is redirect to any page. But no option about previous page.

    Hi @fayedbleh13

We checked the request but unfortunately, this isn’t possible and would require a developer to prepare some custom coding due to complexity.

ok, if that’s the case will the developer provide a custom code snippet if possible? or maybe some alternative options in which improve the user experience. Like logging in and redirecting to previous page

    Hi @fayedbleh13

    Thank you for response!

I’m afraid we are not able to provide such code.

My colleagues response above, where he says that “this isn’t possible and would require a developer to prepare some custom coding due to complexity” means that our Second Line Support/developers checked it – as we already asked them – and assessed the task. It turned out that the complexity of the code required for this goes out of the scope of our support and if you need this – you would need to consider hiring a 3rd-party developer to get it done for you.

We can provide only basic code tweaks/customizations like some general CSS adjustments or relatively simple code that doesn’t require much time and analysis to be created.

I apologize for not being clear about this.

    Kind regards,
    Adam
