    Hi,

    I am using this plugin to approve pre-orders. Customers are notified that their order is pending approval, and the admin can approve the order. However, how will customers know when their order is approved, and how can they proceed to pay for the order after approval?

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Regarding any order, customer will receive an email shortly with the status:

    If approved: Customer will receive a approved email with payment link to complete your order.This email payment link will help to pay for the order

    If rejected: Customer will be notified of the rejection with an email.

    Hi ashlyjohny,

    Thanks for your explain how the plugin works. I got the info email as a customer, but the checkout occured error message “This order cannot be paid for. Please contact us if you need assistance.” when I click the link “pay here” from my email. Could you tell me how to solve it? thanks

    Hello @baisuntest ,

    The customer received an email to process the payment for their order; however, the payment link becomes invalid after X minutes. To resolve this, you can increase the pending payment delay by adjusting the ‘Hold Stock’ value in WooCommerce Settings → Products → Inventory. Extend the hold duration to ensure the payment link remains valid for a longer period.
