Redirect To Page You Came From After Logging In

My site isn’t a paid site – it’s open to anyone.

Let’s suppose someone is reading a certain article when they are logged out and wish to comment on that article. After they login, they are brought to the homepage and not back to where they started (that certain article).

How can they be redirected to that article page after they login?
