Redirect to new permalinks settings

Hello, how can I redirect posts after permalinks change?
If I change from:
/%postname%/
to
/%category%/%postname%/
I tried regex expressions but it didn’t work. Please help !!

Hi, Thanks for your response.
I entered the old permalinks structure in the “Permalink Migration” option and changed my permalinks settings new one but it is not redirecting the old URL to new permalinks.
