Redirect to multiple URLs

  • Hi, how can I redirect to multiple URLs attached to particular postcodes?

    Let supposed: I have a URLs exampl-a.com and I have to redirect my user using the postcodes | 5000, 5001, 5002, etc.

    Also, I have a URL exampl-b.com and I have to redirect my user using some other postcodes | 6000, 6001, 6002, etc.

    How can I do that? Please help
