Redirect to install.php

    There have been a few times over the past few months that my site redirects to install.php. I can’t login through the backend and no one can access the site.

    I inherited the site and have very little knowledge about FTP or anything like that (I’m an intern…), so if anyone could help walk me through what could be going wrong it would be much appreciated.

    Hi rspendley!

    Did you get this figured out? It sounds like occasionally, your site is not able to access the content of the database. Where is the site hosted?
