Redirect to empty cart page

    Hi
    i hope anyone can help me with my payment problem

    we have woocommerce plugin and we are connecting it with MPGS Payment Gateway WooCommerce with API for the bank and everything is working correctly on the bank end but after I created the invoice manually for the client and send them the invoice when they try to pay by clicking Pay For Order they are redirected to empty cart page

    (there are no items or anything we sell on the website we only create the invoice for the client based on the services he required from us)

    I tried to troubleshoot the problem by trying to deactivate every plugin except the woocommerce and MPGS plugin put the problem is still the same

    if you have any solution or suggestions please provide it in clear easy steps or in video on youtube as I’m not a developer just a regular user that can fix small steps if was something simple

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that you’re using MPGS Payment Gateway payment gateway plugin and when an order is created manually and a payment link is sent to your customer – they are redirected to an empty cart page.

    Does this happen with the default payment methods, such as PayPal Standard or BACS?

    If not – you might want to reach out to the support team of MPGS Payment Gateway plugin.
