Redirect to each user dashboard

Hello,

I use WPMU with a subdomain. I installed your plugin. I want after the user login page will be automatically redirect into each dashboard. I was setting in Redirection Setting with Global Login Redirect : %BLOGURL%/wp-admin (in order to result eg: john.malhikdua.com/wp-admin”)
When I try to log in main domain (malhikdua.com) with a user member/blog result is blank. Why?
How do I correct?
