Redirect to blank page after click on submit newsletter

Hello,
I am using “Newsletter widget” on blog pages. After update to the latest version of Newsletter plugin and click on submit newsletter (on widget) then it redirects to blank page like this:
Confirmation e-mail is sent, but message is not visible on the page mentioned above.
Could you please write how to solve it (make the blank page showing the message that “e-mail was sent, etc.”)?
