Redirect to Admin Theme Plugin

  • I am designing an Admin theme that I would like to make available as a Plugin.

    But I am struggling to write a function for the Plugin functions.php file that would cause wp-admin to be redirected completely to wp-content/plugins/admin-theme

    Because I want to make changes to the actual admin .php templates and not just the admin .css

    Has anyone come across such a function that they could share?
