Redirect to a new post don’t work sometimes

    I have a strange error. Sometimes, adding a post does not trigger a redirect to a new post, only reload the add post page. But the post is added. The same thing sometimes when registering a new user …

    Is there any idea what the problem is? I do not observe errors in JavaScript.
