Redirect through a subdomain

  • Hi,

    Is there a way to send the redirect through a subdomain?

    mydomain.com/go/externaldomain (internal link of the mydomain.com)

    would change to

    go.mydomain.com/go/externaldomain (external link of the mydomain.com)

    Which means after click the link would point to the subdomain first then would lead to external source.
