Redirect submitted form does not work

It seems that the plugin doesn’t redirects after form is submitted?
It doesn’t redirects to the following page–> https://future.suzy-wong.nl/thankyou/Can someone help?

The plugin path is wrong, so one of the files is not loading.

I believe you’ve had a problem during the installation process.
Try to uninstall the plugin and reinstall it via the Plugins screen.
