Redirect problems!

I’m installing WP with multiuser and when I load https://mywebsite.com OR https://mywebsite.com/wp-admin/ OR https://mywebsite.com/wp-config.php OR anything else there…
It redirects to https://mywebsite.com/wp-signup.php?new=mywebsite.com
And gives the error:
The webpage at https://mywebsite.com/wp-signup.php?new=mywebsite.com has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.
So how do I finish the installation?
