Redirect Problems

  • If I password protect a file and try to download the file without entering a password, I get sent to the default WordPress error screen. It asks me to click a link to go back and enter the password. When I click the link, I get sent to a 404 page.

    It seems the “sdm_download” part of the URL is stripped out, which means you always get sent to a 4040 page.

    Really poor and needs to be sorted out ASAP.

    This plugin literally only works with the basic download button. When I try to password protect the file or use their paid addon to hide the file, it breaks.

    Seriously unimpressed. Will be requesting a refund. Support is also non-existent.
