    1 You need one to get into phpmyadmin to manage the database.
    2. Select your database
    3 in table wp_options->option_name search this : permalink_structure
    4 Change what you do out there on this /% postname% /

    Okay, I got as far as the third step, stuck on where to change it.

    It gives me the option to edit it and brings me to the insert function window. I don’t see anything that i can change. There is an empty window for the option_value, I inserted the text in there and saved it.

    I’m not sure it worked. I’ll trying exiting out of my browser completely and let you know.

    Thanks!

    Aha! I forgot that I had a redirect set up through Go Daddy to send traffic from my .com site to my .com/wordpress site. I think since I changed the permalink from the WordPress side, it might have renamed the path causing a disconnect. I think.

    I deleted the redirect from the Go Daddy side of things and then attempted to reaccess my Admin page for WordPress and I was able to get in finally. Also I was able to access my site through wordpress. Just have to figure out how to remarry them without causing this error again.

    Thanks again though!
