Redirect problem

My blog is gtrcenter.org
When i enter https://www.gtrcenter.org , it automatically redirects to gtrcenter.org.(without www)
i need the following configuration for my blog , what should i do ?
gtrcenter.org must open the url without www.
https://www.gtrcenter.org url must be opened only when www is entered .
Ineed your help to proceed with this .
