redirect /%post_id%-%postname%/ TO /%postname%-%post_id%/

    I redirect my post url from
    /%post_id%-%postname%/
    TO
    /%postname%-%post_id%/

    but when I did that the old url give 404 error
    how I make the old url redirect to new without any 404 error ?
