Redirect persists after deleting

Where do we need to delete the redirects manually? Can you give the exact folder/file within the database?

Does anyone have a solution. We are lancing a big campaign on this url in 2 days and it does not delete the redirect..!!

Okay, clear your browser cache and check again, or try from a different browser. resolved mine.
