Redirect Open in a new Tab

Hello, I’m trying to add the redirection action that open the link into new tab. I have created the blog posts links on the website and using the redirections plugin i am redirecting those blog posts to the 3rd party blog posts here. but issue is with the action , i want to open it in new tab instead of the same tab. where should i add the target = blank string ?
