Redirect one post on MU subdomain

Try this, it may not work exactly, I just kind of threw it together.

RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^news.mydomain.com$ AND
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} ^/my-page
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://culture.mydomain.com/my-page [R=301]

I have tried to use this code but it cause an internal error (500).
I put the code before the “# BEGIN WordPress” line.
