Redirect on /wp-admin No admin acces

Hi,

I think I set a redirect somewhere but can’t fix it, please advise:

https://www.website.nl/wp-admin

redirects to

https://www.website.nl/?page_id=12&redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.website.nl%2Fwp-admin%2F

I tried:

1) Renaming the pluginfolder (worked, but after setting under construction mode. It started all over again.

2) changed wp-config file worked, but after setting under construction mode. It started all over again.

What I would like, is to just simply login the normal way!

Help is much appreciated.
