• Howdy,

I installed the plugin and all went well.. the 3000 attempts at login to my site went to 0 immediately which is good. An issue that I have noticed is that any page that I have password protected individually is redirected to the failed login redirect even when the right password is entered.

Is this intended? If not is there a possible fix / work around?

If the plugin detects that a person is logged in, the redirect is skipped. Since that person isn’t logged in, but it is requiring a password, this is an unintended consequence.

I will check to see if there is a conditional for password protected pages. Please reply with a URL of that page or reply via Twitter – I’m pretty easy to find via Google.

Thanks, a URL for one of my password protected pages is https://primorisfinancial.com.au/risk-profile

I’ll be interested to see how it goes.

I’ll check to see if the body class .post-password-required is a global WP class and see about ignoring redirects on those, but I have a suspicion that entering a password will create a nonce redirect and be difficult to allow.

This may be best handled in an add-on after I release 4.0 rather than allow this in the plugin core.

Who would have access to such a password in this case? Someone who is registered or what?
