Redirect on a field option

I am wondering if there is a way to do a re-direct dependant upon the option the user selects within a field?

For instance, if you have 5 radio button options, and you want to redirect to 5 different pages dependant upon the option/individual radio button the user selects?

I know this is above and beyond what the plug-in claims to do, but just wondering?
