Redirect old post structure to new

I’m getting 404’s for /blog/ because my site used to be set up for that.
Now my posts are at /posts-2/.
Can I use regular expressions to solve this globally? If not, how?
Example: I want ?/blog??/post-name, to redirect to, /posts-2/post-name
I would greatly appreciate specifics. Thank you.
