Redirect Not Working with wp 4.0.1

Using wordpress 4.0.1 and FS Contact form 4.0.30
Redirect not working. I have all plugins deactivated and defaulted back to the twenty twelve theme and still no luck. Not sure if it’s new wordpress update or not as my wp was automatically updated during this project.
When trying to redirect it defaults to https://hyprdigital.com/client/thc/#FSContact1
