Redirect not working, problem with multilingual site too.

Hi, first of all i love this plugin, but i have 2 problems.
My site is in german and english.
Redirect does not work, i set it to HOME but it redirects to /wp-admin. I have set it up like in your installation help.
Also, when i change the language to English, instead of a popup the login loads the LOGIN page with the login information. How can i make it a popup as well?
Also, how can i redirect my german users to a specific page, and also my english ones?
