Redirect not working in multiple sites

We noticed several websites started to have problems with the redirection. Anyone else having the same issue?
Sites have Version 5.1.6
The Contact 7 form on this page provided should redirect to the thank you page but instead just shows a thank you message and add an id to the URL.
