redirect not working

    Unfortunately, I cannot repeat this error on my dev server.
    I just tested redirect to an another domain and to a same domain and got no additional redirections (Screenshot)
    I use all default settings: Server version: Apache/2.4.38 (Debian)
    I suppose such make happens with combinations of some plugins installed and/or server (or hosting) settings.
    I guess it should be further investigated so I be grateful if you provide me with some additional info such as list of installed and activated plugins and will try to catch the situation when the error is happens.
