Redirect Not Working

    Hi. I have an optin form set up at the bottom of all my blog posts. However, when someone inputs their email address, they are not being redirected to the page I have specified when setting up the optin form. Instead, all that happens is that a small tick appears on the submit button. Can anyone please help me to understand why? Thanks

    This might actually be a bug on our end. We will investigate more about it and include a fix for it in the next update of the plugin.

    Hello there,

    I took another look at this and this was happening because of a conflict with other plugins I had installed on my WordPress admin panel.

    So it might as well be happening for you because of a conflict with another plugin or your theme.

    To search for conflicts, please follow these steps.

    1. First please deactivate all plugins except Optin Cat and see if the issue persists.
    2. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one to see if the issue returns.
    3. If no conflict is found among your plugins, try reverting to a default WP theme like ‘Twenty Sixteen’, or ‘Twenty Seventeen’, and see if the issue is resolved.

    If you find a conflict with a plugin or theme, please let us know which software was causing the issue and also try to contact the author of the conflicting software to see if they can fix it.
