Redirect Not Working

Doesn’t seem like the developer responds to these, but thought I’d give it a shot anyway. The HTML email works great, but the main reason I downloaded the plugin was for the redirect, which isn’t working. I followed the suggestion made under the “Right way to add redirect tag” topic, but still no dice.
My last field in the HTML editor looks like this:
[contact-field label='redirect' type='hidden'/ default='/thank/' /]
Any idea what I’m doing wrong?? The URL for the new page I created is https://www.domestiphobia.net/thank
