Redirect not saving

  • This was an issue in 4.7.5 as well but had resorted to trying other solutions first. I setup the redirect in the settings for the plugin but when I hit save settings it clears the fields for redirect and doesn’t apply them.

    Hello,

    Well it’s weird. Do you have pretty permalinks activated? Do you have plugins which interfere with permalinks?

    Please try to deactive all your plugins but not Steam Auth, and try to save settings, see if it works for you.

    I set the permalinks back to default and disabled all but Akismet, JetPack, Disable Comments, Custom login page customizer, my own plugin that just adds a login link to the menu bar, and of course WP Steam Auth. Nothing that is still active should be affecting permalinks yet the setting still won’t save for the redirects.
