Redirect Not Happening

I redirected over 150 pages and it appears as some are working while others are not. For example:
This is supposed to be redirected: https://soho.com.au/articles/uncovering-luxury-the-richest-suburbs-in-melbourne
To this: https://soho.com.au/articles/richest-suburbs-in-melbourne
Not sure why it isn’t working. Please help!
