Redirect no longer working Ver 2.9.7

I’ve used this plugin for several years now and it’s worked well. In the last few days it stopped working. I saw other posts with this problem and the solution seemed to be an update to the latest version. I have tried that but the plugin still isn’t redirecting on login. The rule I have set up is for Role redirect (subscriber).

I’m hosted at Blue Host, PHP 7.2, WordPress 5.3.2.

This is a live site and the customers are kind of unhappy, so any advice would be appreciated. I have tried deactivating, deleting and reinstalling. Also recreating the rule, but nothing has changed.
