Redirect Multiple URL's to a new URL structure

I have multiple URL’s that need to be redirected and I’m looking for a way to not enter over 100 URL’s at a time to redirect.
I need:
https://www.mysite.com/category_nameto redirect to:
https://www.mysite.com/event/category/category_name
Can someone explain how to do this with this plugin?
