Redirect Loops

In the last couple of weeks, several pages have been flagged up to me as being stuck in redirect loops. My host has taken a look at my site and thinks it may be being caused by the redirection generated by this plugin.

It is a redirect loop between two versions of the URL, one with a trailing slash and one without.

Here is an example of one of the effected pages: https://www.emilyluxton.co.uk/japan/aizuwakamatsu-guide/

If you have any suggestions about how to break this loop please help!
