Redirect Loop Issue

    Hi I am having some issues with this plugin.

    It was working and then after about an hour of adding deals to the site it just crashed and I cannot access any page that has a deal on it.

    If I deactivate the plugin the redirect loop no longer occurs and as soon as I reactivate the plugin the re-direct starts again.

    Also another issue I had when it was working was when I added a shortcode to a page to display a certain category deal it just kept redirecting me to the checkout page and telling me no deals have been purchased.

    Can you please help with these issues?

  • I’m having the exact same problem. My site has been working fine and this has happened all of a sudden!

    I can’t get it working at all. I’ve tried re-installing it, changing themes and no matter what I do, it is the plugin that prevents the site from loading. As soon as I deactivate it the site will load.

    Also when I click to different areas in the CMS it makes me log in over and over again each time I go to a new page. Totally stuck atm.

    You can fix that by deactivating and re-activating the plugin. We have another thread about that here:

    Yes I read that thread and it turning it on and off again didn’t work. When I turned it back on the redirect loop started again.

    Hi this is still not working and I also have a member of your team trying to fix it so I am not sure it is right to mark this as resolved when it quite clearly isn’t.
