Redirect Loop for Standard Theme

My WordPress works great with any theme until I upload and activate the Standard Theme. I have tried uploading it on other versions of WordPress. I have tried disabling and deleting all plug-ins. I have even uploaded all of the plugins that supposably fix this “redirect loop” problem. Nothing fixes it. Like I said…it only happens when I am using the Standard Theme. No other themes make it do this. Help?
