redirect loop & blank page

I can’t get this plugin to work. We were actually planning to move up to the pro version to get the nicer templates, but I can’t get this working. If we can get this fixed, I’ll gladly buy.

On the Pricing Ready Table itself, https://AuditBucket.com/ready-pricing-tables/auditbucket-pricing/, i get the error of “too many redirect loops”.

Using the short code, i get a blank page:
