Redirect Issues

What exactly do you have in the redirect URL field?

That either needs to be a full url, or a relative path.

e.g
https://yoursite.com/path/

or

/path/

An invalid URL like this:

www.oursite.com/path

Will break as the browser sees that as:

https://www.oursite.com/www.oursite.com/path

Sounds like that may be your issue.

Thanks for the quick reply! In this particular instance, I have the Confirmation type set to an existing page, and it lets you select the page from a dropdown. The page I selected is the thank you page, but when a form is submitted, the form submission isnt sent to the thank you page at all, but rather right back to https://www.oursite.com/www.oursite.com.

Also, I tried to select “redirect” instead of page for confirmation type, making sure to include the last “/” after the path, and it still was unsuccessful and redirected to the https://www.oursite.com/www.oursite.com again.

I think you have the wrong plugin — this plugin doesn’t support the options you’re talking about.
