redirect issue with newest wordpress

Hello,
since the last wordpress update it will not redirect to the next site.
Startpage is:
https://experten-kredite.de/kredit-mit-und-trotz-schufa/#kreditanfrage
Redirection Page is:
https://experten-kredite.de/kreditanfrageformular/
It will hang in the startpage. I have deaktivetet the Cahce (WPRocket) and all other plugins for testing, but no solution.Is there a conflict with the last wordpress?
