Redirect issue

We are trying to use you plugin on 2 websites that are basically the same, only in different languages:
https://www.digitalcitizen.life/ – ENGLISH
https://www.digitalcitizen.ro/ – ROMANIAN
On the English websites, a weird thing happens randomly, and by that I mean that the index start redirecting to https://www.digitalcitizen.life/?utm_source=newsletter%20Digital%20Citizen&utm_medium=email&utm_term=2023-12-21&utm_campaign=Digital%20Citizen%20-%20Lexar%20DDR4-3200%20review%20The%20cost-effective%20RAM%20upgrade%20
After doing some debugging we have traced the problem to you plugin, meaning that when it is deactivated the problem does not appear.
The long URL with paramaters is one of our newsletters URLs but somehow, the websites starts redirecting to it, when using your plugin and we get errors – Too many redirect. We have not yet been able to detect a pattern.
