Redirect is stuck and Crashing my Site

I put a redirect into the quick redirects and it cut off part of the domain name when it saved. I deleted in both the quick redirect page and did the delete all from the settings page. Now my website keeps redirecting to an invalid domain name and I can’t get it to stop.
