Redirect immediately and not as defined

Hi,
I have set the countdown timer to 30 minutes and then a redirection (based on cookie). It runs on an Optimize Press 2.0 page.
When I display the page, I get an instant redirect, although 30 minutes have not passed. I get the same behaviour even when I try with different browsers in incognito/invisible modes…
How to fix this?
