Redirect if logged in user accesses register or login pages

If a user is currently logged in, and manages click on or go to the designated register or login ultimate member pages, it shows them “Logged In” (register page) or a picture of their Avatar with links to “Your Account” and “Logout” (login page). If logged in, and a user arrives at either of these pages, is there a way to automatically redirect to an otherwise specified page? To be clear, my login and register redirects are set up properly, and I have no issues there.
