I was wondering if there are any hooks or logging actions done with redirects? I have a lot of redirects on my site because I have had it a long time. I crawl my site and look at things like cloudflare and find all of the internal link redirects I can and change them. Some of these redirects were made by changing pages after a very short time during content creation or something. So I know many of them have no external links pointing to them and I have changed all of the internal links. But I do not know which ones. I would like to delete a bunch. I know the speed difference if very small, but lots of very smalls add up.

So what I am looking for is a feature, or a hook so I can write my own feature that will log every time a redirect is fired and maybe even the referring URL so I can find them and change them. And know which ones are never hit once after like a year.
