Redirect from URL to same URL w/ query params?

I’m looking to redirect from https://mdguideline.wpengine.com/subscribe to https://mdguideline.wpengine.com/subscribe/?utm_source=mdguidelines&utm_medium=form&utm_id=subscribe&utm_term=form_fill, but I receive a “too many redirects” error every time I attempt to set this up. I’m redirecting from the relative URL “/subscribe/” to the absolute URL with query params (https://mdguideline.wpengine.com/subscribe/?utm_source=mdguidelines&utm_medium=form&utm_id=subscribe&utm_term=form_fill ). The site is hosted on WP Engine and no other redirects are setup in the plugin or in the WP Engine admin.
